HammondKnoll are the elite in carpet cleaning as far as I'm concerned. The young man who comes out is superb. What I like is that they hire people with experience and they don't change every day. Sometimes in my past experience with carpet cleaners, the get people who know nothing about carpet. That's not how it is with HammondKnoll.

My carpets always look so much brighter and cleaner after they come. I've been using them for years, and I recently recommended them to a neighbor who will be using them also.

They were able to come in and set their fans up and clean up everything. They did the work in a fairly quick manner. I had a very good experience with HammondKnoll.  Actually, my son-in-law had them do extensive work on his place, and it worked out great, to be honest.  The stuff they do along with the care they had gotten in getting the hoses in and all of that just impressed me. 

My son-in-law is a home builder, so he has used them in some of his condo and apartment projects.  His mother used them to in her own home, too.  My experience with them was my first, and I would highly recommend HammondKnoll.

The agent that ended up selling one of their houses made sure to take down their name and everything, too.  She was very impressed with the work and said she planned to use them in the future and recommend them to some, including her business.  So I suppose we have brought them some business.
